TERMS OF SERVICE:By reading this, you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Refunds:
☞ 50% or 100% is required upfront before beginning the commission. After approved sketch, the other 50% is required.
☞If the commission is cancelled before preparations start, a refund will be provided. Otherwise no refunds will be provided after lineart has started.
☞ A refund will be provided if I am unable to complete the commission.
Usage:
☞Do not resell, edit, or claim the artwork as your own.
☞Do not use artwork for AI training, datasets, reproduction, or AI-generated works of any form.
Credit & Posting:
☞When posting artwork, please properly credit me (any handle is fine). This includes using as profile pictures, banners, layouts, etc.
Turnaround time & Deadlines:
☞Commissions usually take 1-3 weeks to complete (depending on size) due to personal schedule.
☞If any changes in schedule (emergencies, workload, etc) will be communicated clearly.
☞If there is a specific deadline for the commission, please mention before the starting process.
Reference Materials:
☞ Please provide a clear visual reference (images, sketches, descriptions) as this ensures a better capture of the commission.
Communication:
☞ Please contact me within the provided handles to address concerns or changes among the commission.
☞ Refrain from spamming inboxes that are not commission related.
Right to Decline or Cancel:
☞ I have the right to decline or refuse a commission if the request violates these terms, exceeds what I am incapable of or uncomfortable doing.
